Job summary

GTR & Network Rail Sussex is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive integration change across two organisations. The role focuses on translating design outputs into practical changes for local teams and embedding new ways of working to deliver lasting benefits for colleagues and customers.

You will work with the central GBR Change Management Office to ensure alignment with industry standards, assess impacts, develop engagement plans, and support readiness across management layers.

Qualifications

Experienced Change Lead in complex transformation environments.
Able to translate strategic design into clear, practical change for teams.
Embed change to deliver lasting benefits for colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead change activities for GTR and Sussex as part of the Integration Project.
Collaborate with the GBR Change Management Office to align with wider industry outputs.
Assess change impacts across teams, develop stakeholder engagement approaches, and support leader readiness.
Assess organisational readiness for milestones, identify and manage change risks and resistance, and measure adoption.
