Gist Limited is recruiting a Change Manager for the Avonmouth distribution centre build and launch. The role demands extensive change management experience in FMCG or distribution, with a proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions and support major site openings or transitions.

You will lead safety, people engagement, and cross-functional improvements, driving best practices and measurable outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• Significant Change Management experience in FMCG, logistics or distribution.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation with measurable impact.
• Experience supporting a new site opening, warehouse start-up, or major transition.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and promote safe warehouse standards.
• Ensure effective communication across management and site colleagues.
• Lead cross-functional engagement to deliver improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with warehouse functions and optimisation teams on change programs.
