Job summary

IAG Cargo, a leading airfreight logistics provider, is seeking a Change Manager to lead and govern transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will define standardized readiness frameworks, embed change into programmes, and drive alignment among senior stakeholders across commercial, technology and operations.

The role requires proven change management experience, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills to deliver sustainable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce the business change approach for a large, complex tech change.
• Define and implement a standardised framework for business readiness and adoption.
• Embed change management into programme and project delivery.
• Provide governance, assurance and challenge across programmes.
• Manage cross-programme change dependencies.
• Partner with senior leaders to align commercial, technology and operational agendas.
• Lead transformational change across operating models, processes and customer propositions.
• Build and communicate a compelling change story linking strategy to day-to-day impact.
• Track adoption, engagement and benefits realisation to ensure change sticks.
