• Experience leading transformation in transport.
• Knowledge of transport operations and planning.
• Strong project management with complex change delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive change transformation and develop transport change plans.
• Lead change projects from proposals to implementation.
• Manage time, scope, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to standardise change delivery.
• Support wider change delivery team as needed.
