Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritise and delegate Transport activities.
• Manage staff hours, sickness, holidays to avoid operational disruption.
• Motivate and develop staff to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Check, load, and deliver customer orders on predetermined routes using tracking devices.
• Ensure products are transported under correct conditions, maintain temperature, cleanliness and security.
• Carry out safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
