XPO Transport Solutions Europe is hiring a Transport Supervisor to oversee the Darton site, working Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm. You’ll manage admin tasks, HGV fleet maintenance, investigations, and QHSE activities, with a focus on customer service and compliance.

Ideal candidates have transport office experience, knowledge of HGVs, and supervisory or team-leading background. The role is onsite in the United Kingdom with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Update KPI reports and conduct PoD checks.
• Monitor PDA systems and handle incoming calls.
• Manage service schedules for HGVs, tractor units, and trailers.
• Liaise with maintenance providers to ensure compliance.
• Conduct vehicle-related investigations.
• Support site-level investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to site monitoring and QHSE goals through scorecard participation.

Pay, Benefits, and More

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £34,000 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You'll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
