Job summary

XPO seeks a Transport Supervisor to oversee on-site admin tasks, HGV fleet maintenance, investigations and QHSE activities at our client site in Darton. The role is Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm, with responsibilities spanning KPI reporting, PDA monitoring, service scheduling, and site investigations.

Ideal candidates will have transport office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead a small team while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

Responsibilities

• Update KPI reports and PoD checks.
• Monitor PDA systems and handle incoming calls.
• Manage service schedules for HGVs, tractor units and trailers.
• Liaise with maintenance providers to ensure compliance.
• Conduct vehicle-related investigations.
• Support site-level investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to site monitoring and QHSE goals through scorecard involvement.

Overview:

What you'll do on a typical day:
