Our Transport Supervisors play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and customer journey by actively managing warehouse and delivery teams.

They ensure the effective running of warehouse operations, meeting objectives and KPIs set by the business, while maintaining full compliance.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
• Start/Finish time: 6am-6pm
• Location: Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BF

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Stay updated with legal requirements
• Manage and motivate team members effectively
• Follow HR processes, including investigations and disciplinary procedures
• Set expectations for drivers and address concerns proactively
• Oversee daily tasks and delegate appropriately
• Maintain and update reports regularly

Candidate Profile

• Have a solid understanding of transport legislation
• Be capable of addressing vehicle issues or damages
• Be problem-solvers and decision-makers
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
