Our Transport Supervisors are dedicated to ensuring seamless operations at our Depot, working closely with our drivers and transport team to guarantee punctual delivery of appliances and electrical products every day.

They ensure compliance with regulations and actively participate in loading operations to ensure tasks are completed correctly. They are the driving force behind our well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with legal requirements
• Manage and motivate team members effectively
• Adhere to HR processes, including investigations and disciplinary procedures
• Set clear expectations for drivers and address concerns proactively
• Oversee daily tasks and delegate appropriately
• Maintain and update reports regularly
• Assist with loading operations when necessary

Candidate Profile

• Solid understanding of transport legislation
• Ability to handle vehicle issues or damages
• Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Strong communication skills

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 5 on, 3 off, 5 on, 2 off
• Start/Finish time: 1pm - 10pm
