Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the driving team, ensuring they are fully equipped to provide outstanding service to their customers while maintaining compliance with transport and health and safety regulations.

• Plan, organise, and manage the daily transport requirements of the business.
• Optimise vehicle routing and loading to maximise efficiency and uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor fleet maintenance, servicing, and MOT requirements.
• Track and improve operational performance using KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with transport and health and safety legislation.
• Lead and support the driving team through regular briefings and development initiatives.

As Transport Supervisor, you will have:
