Job summary

Cyient is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the Transport business across the UK and Ireland. You will own revenue targets, develop strategies to win multi-million projects, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and digital services.

You will build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, create compelling business cases, and extend Cyient’s footprint in existing and new accounts. Extensive travel within the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years sales experience with strong consultative selling in engineering services.
• Track record of delivering growth, winning new customers and expanding multimillion-dollar accounts.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own order intake, revenue and profit targets for the Transport business in the UK & Ireland.
• Grow Engg/Manufacturing/Digital business with existing customers and win new business.
• Develop proposals and lead capture activities for RFPs and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Cyient teams to define win strategies and pricing.
