Evri Group in Warrington is seeking a driven Transport Shift Manager to lead a busy shift operation. You will oversee Transport Supervisors and Drivers, drive performance, safety and compliance, and deliver high service levels for customers.

We're looking for a driven and experienced Transport Shift Manager to join our Transport operation in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for a transport professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our transport operation runs safely, efficiently and compliantly, while leading and developing high-performing teams that deliver great service for our customers.
Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the performance of a busy transport shift operation, ensuring the effective management of Transport Supervisors and Drivers. You'll drive operational performance, support peak planning activities and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service are maintained.
