Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Transport Service Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of the transport service on a 4-month contract in Dewsbury.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on-site, with a focus on route planning, driver debriefs, and compliance. The role requires experience in transport or logistics, knowledge of transport compliance and Working Time Directive, and an IOSH Working Safely certificate.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experienced in transport, logistics, waste or a similar operational environment.
• Good understanding of transport compliance and Working Time Directive requirements.
• Strong communication, organisation and IT skills, with confidence working at pace.
• Must possess IOSH Working Safely or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily work to vehicles and routes, keeping drivers, customers and stakeholders updated.
• Complete driver debriefs, resolve route issues and report safety, damage or compliance concerns.
