Job summary

Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) is seeking a Transport Coordinator for our Doncaster site on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves planning and coordinating driver and vehicle resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the main link between Customer Services, planning, and other depots.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern (6:00-18:00) with a salary of £29,555 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Conducting pre-briefs and debriefs for all drivers
• Managing equipment through sign-in/out procedures, ensuring legal compliance
• Planning and coordinating driver and vehicle resources, updating transport plans as required
• Acting as a key communication link between Customer Services, the planning team, and other depots
• Identifying efficient solutions for customer collections and providing accurate schedules to support KPI achievement
• Communicating any potential service failures or deviations from plan in a timely manner
