Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Transport Clerk to work in Wellingborough. The role offers £14.10 per hour and is a temporary/ongoing position with an immediate start. Training will be provided on starting.

You will join the site office and support the transport team with planning, scheduling, despatch, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and Excel skills, good telephone communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• General Transport administrator duties, including maps.
• Experience using Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent telephone skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to enter data into relevant systems and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• General Transport administrator duties, including maps.
• Use of Microlise for Planning and Scheduling.
• Despatch and debrief of drivers.
• Collation of statistical information for reporting.
• Staff Rotas and Holidays.
• Compliance.
