Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Driver Recruiter to join our client's busy Franchise Department. This is a high-volume role managing the full recruitment process for drivers, from sourcing and interviewing through to compliance, contracting and onboarding.

You will handle multiple vacancies and driver accounts, travel to Middleton when required, and work to recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting HGV drivers is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment: Temporary Ongoing, Full Time
Travel: Middleton when required - mileage paid at £0.22 per mile

The Role

You will manage multiple vacancies, candidates and driver accounts simultaneously, so excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills are essential.

• Prepare contracts and manage onboarding
• Manage multiple vacancies and accounts at the same time
• Maintain accurate recruitment records
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
• Work to recruitment targets and deadlines
• Liaise with candidates and the client's Franchise Department
• Travel to Middleton when required

About You

• Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential
• Driver recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Confident sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence
