Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Driver Recruiter to join our busy Franchise Department on a temporary, full-time basis. You will manage multiple vacancies, candidates and driver accounts, so strong organisation and communication are essential.

You will source and attract driver candidates, screen and interview applicants, and complete right-to-work, licence and compliance checks. The role includes onboarding, liaising with depots, and travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Previous360 recruitment experience is essential.
• Driver recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and accounts.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Full UK driving license.

The Role

You will manage multiple vacancies, candidates and driver accounts simultaneously, so excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract driver candidates
• Screen and interview candidates
• Complete Right to Work, licence and compliance checks
• Prepare contracts and manage onboarding
• Manage multiple vacancies and accounts at the same time
• Maintain accurate recruitment records
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
• Work to recruitment targets and deadlines
• Liaise with candidates and the client's Franchise Department
• Travel between depots when required

About You

• Previous360 recruitment experience is essential
• Driver recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Confident sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence
