Job Title: Transport Scheduler (Fixed-Term - 15 Months)

Location: 5 minutes outside of Harlow (Office based)

Salary: 27,500 per year + Bonus Scheme

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule daily deliveries (apply online only) loads from two key distribution sites.
2. Collaborate with Sales Administrators to ensure vehicle availability meets delivery requirements.
3. Utilise a bespoke Transport Management System (training will be provided).
4. Assist the Head of Haulage with fleet administration, including service schedules, certifications, and fuel usage.
5. Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, operations, and customers, ensuring top-notch service.
