• Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 07:00 - 19:00
• Salary: £31,668 - £33,852 DOE

Key Responsibilities

1. Initiate & coordinate transport bookings on our internal fleet and with external approved subcontractors.
2. Provide timely updates on all movements directly to customers.
3. Coordinate with customers, partners, shipping lines, and carriers.
4. Perform general administrative tasks.
5. Maintain Aviation Security protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in transport planning or logistics.
• Full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass employment history verification, including gaps of 28 days or more in the past 5 years, due to security requirements.
