Responsibilities include handling calls, updating job information, coordinating collections and deliveries, communicating changes, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. A positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answering and placing calls with customers, drivers, and internal colleagues.
• Updating and monitoring transport jobs and service information using internal computer systems.
• Coordinating collections, deliveries, route updates, and overall job progress with drivers.
• Delivering clear, timely delivery updates and communicating any operational changes.
• Managing customer expectations when timings or requirements shift.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operational challenges, including troubleshooting and escalation where needed.
• Keeping accurate records and notes in company systems.
• Providing general administration and operational support.
