Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Dartford is seeking a Transport Administrator to join the distribution centre on a 4 on 4 off pattern, 09:00–21:00. You will manage transport clerical duties, vehicle administration and internal/external customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport clerical duties is desirable.
• Knowledge of tachograph rules and Working Time Directives.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport clerical duties for the site.
• Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration.
• Manage customer service both internally and externally.
• Support the transport operation with compliant processes.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested.
