Job summary

Royal Mail in Warrington's North West Super Hub is seeking a Transport Office Manager to oversee the transport office and lead a frontline team of drivers handling large goods vehicles.

You will professionalise distribution, ensure work plans are met and that parcel and mail flow is optimised, while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure leading a frontline team.
• Experience in transport or logistics operations preferred.
