You will coordinate manpower and resources, analyse performance data, drive improvements in processes, and coach frontline managers to deliver reliable, on-time parcel services and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading depot operations.
• Experience in express parcels and unionised environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret management information.
