Job summary

Royal Mail Group's Parcelforce Worldwide Tonbridge depot is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of 65 and oversee 25 daily routes, ensuring timely parcel collection and delivery.

You will drive performance by coaching frontline managers, analysing data, and coordinating manpower and resources across shifts, with standard hours 06:00–15:00 and occasional late or night support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large depot or similar operation.
• Ability to oversee multiple routes and fleets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret management information.

Responsibilities
