Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Warrington is recruiting a Transport Office Manager to lead a front-line team of drivers and professionalise our distribution operations at the North West Super Hub. You will ensure service standards, safety and compliance while driving efficiency in parcel and mail flows.

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will build influential relationships with stakeholders, including trade unions, to deliver a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Evidence on CV of strong team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a front-line team of drivers (7.5t+).
• Professionalise distribution and optimise parcel flow while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain alignment with policies, national work plan and SOPs.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and trade union representatives to ensure service excellence.
