Job Title: Transport Manager

Locations: Lancaster

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Duties:

• Lead daily haulage operations, ensuring compliance with legal, industry, and health & safety standards.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including drivers and transport office staff.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service and proactive communication.
• Manage P&L, aligning resource planning with operational and financial goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, mentoring, and development of team members.
• Ensure adherence to DVSA guidelines, O-Licence conditions, tachograph regulations, and working time directives.

• Experience in Transport & Operations Management
• Transport Compliance expertise

• CPC qualification required
