Job Title: Transport Manager
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Duties:

• Lead daily haulage operations, ensuring compliance with legal, industry, and health & safety standards.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional site teams, including drivers and transport office staff.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring service delivery and proactive communication.
• Manage P&L, aligning resource planning with operational and financial goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to DVSA guidelines, O-Licence conditions, tachograph regulations, and working time directives.
