DHL Supply Chain in Bristol is seeking a Transport First Line Manager to lead day-to-day operations on our new site for the Waitrose account. You will manage driver teams, drive safety, compliance and performance, and foster a positive, proactive culture.
The role requires managing a rotational shift pattern (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) 5 days from 7, with a focus on operational excellence, coaching, and using WMS and transport systems to support performance.
Salary: £38,000.00 per annum + PM shift shift premium
