DHL Supply Chain in Bristol is seeking an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager (FLM) to lead a brand-new site for Waitrose, overseeing day-to-day operations across chilled and ambient areas, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance. The role combines hands-on leadership with coaching, enabling teams to deliver excellent service while developing a positive, inclusive culture.
Rotational day shifts with a fixed pattern and weekend work are included to meet customer needs.
Salary: £38,000.00 per annum + PM shift Premium
