Job summary

Booker is hiring a Transport Operations Clerk at our Hemel Hempstead DC to support daily transport administration and driver coordination. You’ll handle paperwork for drivers, assist with route departures, and help with tachograph reports in a busy distribution environment.

With 40 hours a week and on-site work at 4 Maxted Road, the role offers a practical entry into a large UK wholesale network and a wide range of colleague benefits through Booker and Tesco partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience with HGV drivers or similar transport roles.
• Ability to be flexible and support the Transport Operations Team.
• Candidates should be able to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Distribute drivers' paperwork and support route departures.
• Gather Tachograph reports and debrief drivers.
• Assist with warehouse administration as required.
• Provide general support to the Transport Operations Team.
