Job summary

SRG is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join our busy supply chain team in Hampshire. You will coordinate inbound shipments, track deliveries and liaise with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product flow.

The role involves managing import/export documentation, optimizing transport capacity and producing KPI reports. Experience in logistics and a working knowledge of customs requirements are essential, with SAP experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding, supply chain, or import/export coordination.
• Understanding of transport processes and customs requirements.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track and trace shipments, resolving delays or issues.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure import/export documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Manage transport capacity and arrange shipments as required.
• Produce KPI reports and support continuous improvement activities.
