Job summary

Petersfield-based Transport Coordinator position on a 4-month contract, working 08:15 – 16:30, Monday to Friday. You will own track and trace, coordinate shipments, ensure accurate import/export docs and respond to customer inquiries within a fast-changing environment.

Role requires strong logistics knowledge, SAP/SAP EWM familiarity and proficiency with MS Office. SAP LM7 experience is advantageous, with focus on timely deliveries across EMEA/UK.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Knowledge of customs and import/export documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP/SAP EWM.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the track and trace process from origin to delivery with planners, carriers and destinations.
• Ensure import/export documentation is accurate to avoid customs delays.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt movement and reflect EDI in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct to the right contacts.
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.
• Ensure quality of services meets required standards.
• Understand logistics and transportation processes.
• Know customs and preferential regulations.
• Work independently and deliver high quality in a fast-changing environment.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain good organization and finish tasks on time.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP EWM, reporting tools and LM7 is advantageous.
