Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm and alternating Saturdays 8:00am to 1:00pm

The Role of a Transport Coordinator,

• Plan, organise, and coordinate daily deliveries, exchanges, and collections through our routing system.
• Monitor transport routes, smartphone compliance, completed jobs, and on-time performance.
• Reduce wasted journeys, confirm collection readiness, and support problematic collections on the same day.
• Manage daily transport operations and provide updates to internal and external customers.

What do you need to succeed as a Transport Coordinator?

• A positive, proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with computers and systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
