Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer £25,396 per annum. You will be working Monday to Friday.

In addition, we offer 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Working alongside our planning and transport team members, you will be completing general administration tasks, maintaining files, and assisting with our weekly payroll function.

What you need to succeed at XPO:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics environment
  • A strong user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ensure drivers adhere to road transport legislation
  • Data entry into spreadsheets
  • Entry of fuel, mileage, and hours into KPIs
  • Ensure fleet is available for MOT/Service
  • All defects are raised and cleared
  • Allocation of routes to crew
  • Drivers' holiday planning and sourcing agency cover
