Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Work schedule: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. Any Saturday working will allow for a rota day off.

About you:

The main purpose of the Transport Administrator/Co-ordinator role is to deliver a high level of service for our patients, so it is imperative that you have a strong customer service focus. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent data entry and accuracy skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent time management skills.

The Transport Co-ordinator will also forward plan to ensure the capacity of our appointment sessions is fully utilized and clinic availability matches demand.

Responsibilities of our Transport Co-Ordinator:

• Processing all transport appointments for our current sites on all our computer-based systems
• First point of contact for all patient and driver-related queries
• Processing changes and amendments to existing patients
• Working with other team members to ensure a high-quality service
• Talking to patients regularly about their appointments
• Enter and upload patient referrals and summary care records onto our computer-based systems
• Assist with appointment amendments
• Assist patients in resolving issues related to health, social barriers, and transport needs
• Respond to general queries mainly by email
