Logistics Specialist - EF Operations, External Fulfillment

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Logistics Specialist for our 3PL Operations Site based in ISTANBUL.

The right candidate will support External Fulfillment Operations Team, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The job will provide possibilities to improve at Operations & Supply Chain management at a department full of new projects.


Key job responsibilities
- Supporting daily operations in the 3PL site
- Acting as a point of contact through the communication between Operations and related stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Retail and Transportation teams.
- Conducting analysis and monitoring main metrics and taking corrective actions
- Communications by mail / telephone / face-to-face meetings with External Partners and the Turkish and European Operations Team
- Strong sense of responsibility and taking action, maintaining an ethical, fair and reliable behavior in all situations
- Problem solving of any issues that affect operations or that may require working physically on the ground as a supervisor or auditor of the operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced level of English B2/C1
- Advanced level of Turkish B2/C1
- Strong computer literate
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in Operations ie. Logistics / Fulfilment / Warehouse environment / Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills
- Operational experience and Industrial Engineering
- Willingness to learn Operations and Supply Chain
