Job Summary

We are looking for a new Logistics Coordinator (Fixed term - 1 year) employee to be based in Warrington.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Serving as the single point of contact with the field service and other internal partners for all logistics and inventory-related questions/concerns.
  • Communicates regularly and proactively with internal partners regarding the status of shipments and, in case of discrepancies, works with couriers on the fastest resolution.
  • Works in conjunction with logistics providers to arrange collections.
  • Reviews, follows up, and resolves open orders.
  • Arranges for parts order cancellations.
  • Reviews, follows up, and resolves parts returned with non-conforming quality.
  • Reviews and follows up on manufacturing alerts, parts setup, and parts escalations.
  • Maintains system data for drop point addresses.
  • Troubleshoots operational issues related to logistics movements.
  • Prepares data reports (KPIs, scorecards) on focus areas for management.
Experience and qualifications we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment or customer service role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • Team player who can seamlessly integrate into an existing team and support when needed.
  • Outstanding Excel skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
