Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Transport Specialist to oversee carrier management and outbound transportation at our Bedford warehouse. You will coordinate B2B and B2C shipments, manage relationships with parcel, pallet, freight and last-mile carriers, and lead a small transportation team.

Fluent English and Mandarin required; on-site work with shifts. Responsibilities include carrier performance reviews, handover with warehouse teams, and ensuring timely dispatch and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transportation and carrier management.
• Hands-on planning and dispatch experience in B2B/B2C.
• Strong stakeholder management and UK logistics knowledge.
