Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics seeks a Transport Specialist to oversee carrier management and outbound transport from our Bedford warehouse. You will coordinate B2B and B2C shipments, manage carrier performance, and lead a small team to ensure timely collections and handovers.

The role requires hands-on transport expertise, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Mandarin. On-site work in Bedford with potential shifts to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transportation, carrier management, dispatch or logistics operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily B2B and B2C outbound transportation activities from the Bedford warehouse.
• Plan and coordinate parcel, pallet, freight and last-mile collections according to order volume and service requirements.
• Maintain carrier relationships and conduct performance reviews including on-time collection and delivery.
• Lead a small transport operations team with training and SOP compliance.
• Ensure accurate handover between warehouse and transport, and manage exceptions.
