Shift Patterns

  • Days: 05:00 17:00
  • Nights: 17:00 05:00 Flexibility to cover alternate shifts to cover sickness and holidays may be required.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • General office admin duties
  • Meeting and greeting drivers and staff
  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Booking in and allocating keys to drivers
  • Assisting with daily planning and staffing
  • Supporting the FLM (First Line Manager)
  • Producing KPI reports and attendance logs
  • Liaising with agencies on staffing and payroll
  • Other duties as required
