GXO Logistics is seeking a Transport Administrator at our Sainsbury's site in Waltham Abbey. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, with an hourly rate of £14.66.

You will support vehicle and driver movements, ensure WMS integrity, and manage movement of vehicles in a busy logistics environment. Applicants should have prior administrator experience in transport/warehouse settings, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator, preferably in transport/warehouse
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Drivers Working Time Directive and EU Regulations
• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

Responsabilités

• Carry out required administration to support vehicle and driver movements
• Assist in administering the integrity and accuracy of WMS and other transport systems
• Administer the movement of vehicles and associated activity
• Undertake activities in line with company's requirements and service agreements
