Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is hiring a System Administrator in Milton Keynes (MK10 0AA) to join our Waitrose customer team. You will support inbound operations, maintain system performance, and assist drivers with clerical tasks.

This full-time, permanent role requires working 5 out of 7 days on a weekly rota, with two 8-hour shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00). The position offers a competitive benefits package including 20 days holiday, pension, dental insurance and GXO University.

Qualifications

• Previous office data entry experience would be advantageous but not essential (Training will be provided).
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily clerical tasks as directed by Team Leader or Co-ordinator according to procedures and company standards.
• Receive delivery notes from drivers and process them on the system (JDA).
• Report non-conformance paperwork to ensure supplier standards are followed by customer.
• Verify and sign proof of delivery documents to ensure inbound deliveries are correct for invoicing.
• Assist PI with essential tasks to ensure smooth operation.
