Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting a Transport Administrator for a Sainsbury's site in Waltham Abbey. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule (06:00–18:00) in a full-time, permanent capacity, supporting vehicle and driver movements and ensuring WMS data integrity.

The position offers £14.66 per hour, 33 days of annual leave (incl. bank holidays), a workplace pension, and access to the Hapi App for discounts, with opportunities for career progression and skill development within a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrator role, preferably in transport/warehouse
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Understanding of Drivers Working Time Directive and EU Regulations

Responsibilities

• Carry out required administration to support vehicle and driver movements
• Assist in administering the integrity and accuracy of WMS and other transport systems
• Administer the movement of vehicles and associated activity
• Undertake activities in line with company’s requirements and service agreements
