Job summary

Major Logistics are recruiting an experienced Transport Administrator to join their busy transport team in Scotland. The role covers debriefing drivers, maintaining transport and compliance records and providing general admin support.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 with flexible shift times. Pay is £13.00–£14.50 per hour depending on experience, with ongoing work and potential longer-term opportunities in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport administration or similar logistics role.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Debrief drivers at the end of their shifts.
• Maintain accurate transport and compliance records.
• Provide general administrative support to the transport department.
• Ensure transport documentation is completed accurately and in line with procedures
• Support compliance with transport regulations and internal policies
