Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Transport Administrator for their Sainsbury's site in Waltham Abbey. The role is full-time and permanent with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00.

You will carry out administrative tasks supporting vehicle and driver movements, maintain WMS data accuracy, and manage vehicle movements in line with service agreements. The position requires prior admin experience in transport/warehouse environments and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrator role, preferably in transport/warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out required administration to support vehicle and driver movements.
• Assist in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of WMS and other transport systems.
• Administer the movement of vehicles and related activities.
• Undertake activities in line with company requirements and service agreements.
