GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transport First Line Manager for its M&S Foods site in Bradford. You will lead a team of drivers, optimise fleet utilisation, and drive safety, efficiency and exceptional service.

The role is full-time (42 hours/week) with 4 on/4 off shifts (06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00), offering a salary up to £34,968.17 per annum plus benefits including a pension, healthcare, and more.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a transport team in a fast-paced logistics/retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and operator licence requirements.
• Proven ability to coach, manage attendance and handle employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of the daily transport plan ensuring safety and on-time deliveries.
• Manage driver and Transport Administrator performance and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Working Time Directive and health & safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and customer service improvements.
• Investigate accidents and service failures and implement corrective actions.
