We're looking for a dedicated SEND Admissions & Transitions Officer to join our Inclusive Learning team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping the experience of learners with SEND, ensuring they receive personalised support from their first interaction with the College through to successful transition into learning, employment or higher education.
Working closely with students, families, schools, curriculum teams, the Local Authority and external agencies, you'll coordinate high-quality admissions and transition programmes that reduce barriers to learning, promote independence and enable every learner to thrive.
