Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced operations leader to ensure safe, effective day-to-day running of designated services in Oxford. You will drive transformation and improvement projects across the Directorate, support performance delivery (RTT, Diagnostics and Cancer targets) and contribute to emergency care pathways.

The role includes budget oversight, financial planning and staff development.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for designated services.
Lead transformation projects across the Directorate.
Support performance delivery including RTT, Diagnostics and Cancer targets.
Develop business cases and service development proposals.
Provide line management, appraisals and staff development.
Represent the Directorate at internal and external meetings, deputising for senior managers when required.
