Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a Transformation Programme Manager to lead ISP's outsourcing programme and establish a multi-site global shared service centre with a main hub in India. You will oversee end-to-end transition, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale outsourcing programmes.
• Direct experience transitioning HR and Finance services internationally.
• Experience managing third-party outsourcing partnerships through transition.
• Strong PM background in complex multinational organisations.
• Experience leading organisational change and operating model transformation.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Successful delivery of complex outsourcing projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of HR and Finance outsourcing transition programmes.
• Manage programme plans, milestones, interdependencies, risks, issues and budgets.
• Drive delivery across transition workstreams to migrate services to India and spokes.
• Coordinate ISP and outsourcing partner activities; ensure go-live readiness.
• Track progress and provide regular reporting to leadership and governance.
• Ensure transition deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and process documentation; manage cutover and stabilisation.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and change plans; support adoption.
• Act as primary interface with outsourced provider; manage governance forums.
• Monitor performance during stabilisation; implement KPI/SLA controls; drive improvements.
