Job summary

Version 1 invites an accomplished Programme Manager to lead large-scale ERP transformation programmes, delivering multi-workstream, cross-geography projects with strategic alignment to business outcomes.

You will partner with executive sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder engagement across global environments.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Programme Management and ERP transformation delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and geographies.
• Strong governance, risk, financial management, and change management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation programmes.
• Define vision, scope, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate plans across business, technology, data, testing and change management.
• Oversee budgets, risks, issues, and go-live readiness.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
